How fast do you reply?
Within 24 hours on working days. If you’re in a hurry, call +420 732 306 056 and we’ll sort it out right away.

What should a brief contain?
A few sentences will do: goal, audience, formats, deadline, rough budget. Ideally attach a few reference videos or brand guidelines. We’ll fill in the rest together.

Do you meet in person or only online?
Both. Kickoff and key presentations are best in person in Ústí nad Labem or Prague. The day-to-day runs on calls, Slack or email.

Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Send your template, or we’ll send ours. We sign before any internal material changes hands.

How does invoicing work?
On smaller projects we invoice 50 % upfront and 50 % on delivery. On bigger campaigns we split by milestone: kickoff, concept, final delivery. Payment terms are 14 days.

What about GDPR and client data?
We are the controller (Lukáš Eršil, ID 09832017). All briefs, references and source files live in secured storage, only the project team has access, and we archive them only for as long as needed. Client data is never used to train AI models. Details are in the Privacy page.
