The brief
The city needed an investor video for EXPO REAL 2026 in Munich (5–7 October), the international property and investment trade fair. The script came from the city's strategic development department. It called for real footage of the development sites, showing what each one will become.
What we did
Cinematographer Jan Syrový filmed the sites by drone, from the city centre through Předlice to Lake Milada. We then used AI to place into his footage what is planned at each location: high-speed rail with a new terminal, an economic zone in Předlice, new residential areas, a geothermal borehole at the zoo, a solar carport with chargers at the ice arena, and a rewilded Milada with herds of animals. Some shots we generated entirely, such as a train at the new platform or a family on the balcony of a renovated tower block. We also wrote the English on-screen text that introduces each project.
Outcome
The client approved the content after the first preview, with three notes: brighter colours in the opening shots filmed under cloud, replace a tired tree by the villa at the zoo, and prepare a one-hour loop for the screen. We replaced the tree with a healthy one, and Jan Syrový finished the grade and the loop. Five weeks passed from the signed order to approved content.
